Stan A. Kinoshita & Associates, Inc. is a locally owned, independent insurance agency that has been serving the INSURANCE and RETIREMENT PLANNING needs of Hawaii since 1966. The company sold its Property & Casualty division in 2025 so it can concentrate on life insurance planning and design as well as offering a wide range of annuities and other benefits. SKA Retirement Services, Inc. is owned by the same principals as Stan A. Kinoshita & Associates, Inc. The company has been specializing in setting up and administering tax-qualified RETIREMENT PLANS which include 401(k), Profit Sharing, Pension and Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP) Plans. Our professional agents, consultants, and staff are highly experienced, motivated, and dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible service.
Our retirement plan team consists of members of the American Society of Pension Actuaries (ASPA), and National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA). Several of our team also hold professional designations from these organizations. With a combined experience of over 100 years, our team will be able to design a plan “custom fit” to your business needs, as well as provide timely and accurate administration of your retirement plan.
